Water Jet Cutting
Water jet cutting is one of the most versatile and limitless technologies offered today. Cutting complex shapes through any material type, thickness or hardness is an advantage of water jet machine over many other types of machines. The water jet from Flow International eliminates cut part geometry errors and brings part cutting into the true precision realm. Cutting stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, titanium, composites, plastics, wood, glass, stone in thicknesses up to 6"
Metal Forming
NC metal Profile Bending
Hydraulic section and pipe bending machine from Sahinler with NC provides the highest standard of accuracy and repeatability
TIG / MIG Welding
In addition to wide range of fabricating processes, Studio is outfitted with the welding equipment including MIG and TIG welding with any degree of specification or scrutiny. Welded assembly is performed with high level of accuracy and attention to details
Glass Services
Glass Bending
Flat glass is heated until soft, carefully formed to the desired shape on a custom mold, and then annealed by computer controlled cooling to minimize trapped energy within the glass.
Glass Fusing / Glass Casting / Kiln Formed Glass
Kiln formed glass, glass casting or fused glass is a complex process that involves using the kiln to heat and shape glass at a range of high temperatures.
Glass Laminating
Laminated glass is manufactured by bonding two or more layers of glass together to create a single sheet of glass.
Insulated Glass Units
Insulated glazing also known as double glazing are double or triple glass window panes separated by a dry air with aluminum spacer to reduce heat transfer.
U.V. Bonding / Ultra Violet Bonding
UV Bonding is a technologically advanced method of glass assembly. Two or more pieces of glass are glued together using a UV curing adhesive, which is cured by either a UV light or UV activator. The advantage of using this technique is that the glued joints show no visible sign of the UV glue
Sand Blasting
Custom Bevelling
Conservation and Restoration of Historical Stained and Leaded Glass
Returning the stained glass window to its original form and design. This may include the removal of later repairs,
or the replication of missing or damaged portions of original work.
Fine Surface Finish
Back painted Glass
Back painted glass is a form of large clear solid glass sheets that are painted from the back and then sealed.
Its brilliant color shows through the front side, or glaze side with a depth and glow that are captivating.
Color coated glass can be embedded with art making very interesting designs that will attract the eye and delight
the senses. Back painted glass is widely used for architectural spandrel glass, colored glass walls, colored
glass back splashes, colored glass counter tops, artistic glass, marine glass and more. Back painted glass is a
modern, durable and hygienic alternative to tiles and laminates in the world's decorative and architectural
industries. It doesn't allow mold or bacteria to form, it is water proof/resistant and it is very easy to clean
since it is non porous. Back painted glass is ideally suited for commercial and residential spaces and may be
used both indoors and outdoors.
There are a few variables available in the fabrication and installation of back-painted glass that affect its price.

Reversed Gilded Glass / Verre Eglomise
Verre églomisé is a decorative technique in which gold or silver leaf is gilded to the back side of glass,
engraved, sometimes back painted as well, and protected by a durable finish. In one method, the metal is adhered
using a gelatine adhesive, which results in a mirror-like, reflective finish. The metal leaf may be applied
using oil-based adhesives (gold size varnish) to achieve a matte finish.
